How I got here

2014 - Moved to Cardiff for university, and never left.

2017 - Graduated with a First and landed my first job in high-end TV.

2018–2020 - Worked on some of the biggest TV and film productions in Wales and the UK. Backpacked Asia.

2020 - Spent COVID lockdown renovating our first home, builders, plumbers, painters, electricians, we tried it all.

2022 - Worked on a series for Disney+, then realised I was utterly miserable.

2022 - Started my business as a side hustle.

2023 - The business was growing, so I took on my first two team members and pivoted. Went back to Asia.

2025 - Left my job, built a team of 7, brought home a gorgeous puppy.

2026 - Still working it out.

I've worked in high-pressure industries where not delivering wasn't an option, that discipline is ingrained in me.

I have a First-Class degree in Stage Management and Technical Theatre from a conservatoire (fancy, I know), and the attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to keep a hundred moving parts organised have translated directly into business.

I don't have time for a victim mindset. Things get hard, I get it, but you're the only one who can change your situation. I live by that, and I work with clients who do too.

Here's what actually sets me apart though: I'm strategic. I don't just execute, I think ahead. I spot what's missing before it becomes a problem, and I anticipate the fires before they start, so you can lead with full embodiment while I handle the rest.
