90-Day Roadmap: Clear milestones and an action plan to get us started. You'll know exactly what's being built, delegated, or automated first and in what order so from day one, you can see the shift happening rather than just hoping it will.

Hands-On Implementation: I don't just plan it - we manage it, build it, test it, and optimise it. You get up to 20 hours a month, working inside your business alongside bi-weekly strategy calls, quarterly performance reviews, and direct Telegram access Monday–Thursday for real-time decisions.
