When I left that industry for better work-life balance, I brought that same instinct for structure into the online business world, and Elements OBM was born

Now I work exclusively with women building coaching, service, and content businesses because I know what it's like to be brilliant at what you do and still feel like the business itself is running you. My job is to make sure it doesn't.
